Bird Habitat at Home

Do you want to see lots of birds outside your window this upcoming spring? Are you interested in learning what birds need to flourish in different places?

For Birding Club this month, we will hear from the Detroit Bird Alliance about how they create bird habitat in urban areas and how people can create bird habitats at their own home.  

Registration encouraged, but not required.

This program is open to everyone, including those who do not attend Birding Club! 

The primary focus of Detroit Bird Alliance is to protect birds and their habitats by engaging people, communities, and policymakers in conservation. We strive to bring nature and people together, in a way that serves both.

The work of Detroit Bird Alliance supports local activities that foster the preservation of birds and the clean air, water, wetlands, grasslands, woodlands and other natural resources upon which they depend to survive and thrive.
