Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this gentle yoga class with instructor Amy Poupard. Amy has been teaching yoga for 5 years and is experienced in accessible yoga for all ages and abilities.

Bring up to 5 boxes (no plastic bags, please) of paper documents to be shredded. 

"Be the Artist" in this program where we will create fun art pieces based on some of our favorite picture book illustrations!  Ages 4-Grade 1. Parents are encouraged to stay and help their child during the program.
