Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this gentle yoga class with instructor Amy Poupard. Amy has been teaching yoga for 5 years and is experienced in accessible yoga for all ages and abilities.

Grades 7-12.

Teens will learn how to make a traditional Japanese recipe, Sushi Brown Rice Rolls with two dipping sauces! This is a vegan recipe. 

Registration required. 

Come to the library to see live farm animals and take a pony ride!  This is an event for the whole family!  Bring your cameras and smiles!
