Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this gentle yoga class with instructor Amy Poupard. Amy has been teaching yoga for 5 years and is experienced in accessible yoga for all ages and abilities.

Join us in the library for a relaxing, bring-your-own-craft gathering! Whether you knit, quilt, sketch, embroider, scrapbook, or just enjoy having a creative project in your hands, you’re welcome here.
