Event Details
Plant swaps are a fun way to get rid of any extra plants you may have (perennial divisions, extra seedlings, pack annuals, propagated houseplants, etc.) by trading with neighbors and friends! All are welcome, even if you have no plants to trade. Browse information about spring gardening, enjoy light refreshments, and mingle with other gardeners. The Master Gardeners of Western Wayne County will be available to answer questions.
- Plants should be in a container with soil, or as rooted cuttings in water or moist paper towel
- Please only bring pots you are willing to part with!
- Label plants as well as possible (annual/perennial, size, sun/shade, bloom color, etc.)
- Bring flats, trays or boxes to bring your new plants home in
- Plants should be well-watered, pest and disease free
