Hall of Fame DNA: The Legacy of Norman "Turkey" Stearnes

Norman “Turkey” Stearnes is a Negro Leagues legend. He is most well known for his time with the Detroit Stars, his home run hitting and his athleticism in centerfield. According to updated MLB statistics and five Hall of Fame inductions, Turkey Stearnes is one of the all-time greats, yet many people have never heard his name.
