Program Description

Event Details

Learn Qigong movements designed to enhance memory/cognition, decrease pain and inflammation in the body, improve physical stability, and improve mood and mental wellbeing. Qigong is slow fluid physical movements originally practiced by ancient, indigenous peoples of China as traditional medicine. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga/exercise mat and a water bottle, if possible. Please refrain from heavy fragrances.

Attendees are encouraged to stay for the sound bath immediately following the Qigong session (register separately).
