Event Details
A sound bath features a variety of relaxing sounds designed to reduce stress while enhancing wellbeing and a sense of calm. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga/exercise mat and a water bottle, if possible. You may also bring 1-2 pillows and a light throw/blanket for your comfort. Please refrain from heavy fragrances.
Attendees are encouraged to attend the Qigong session prior to the sound bath (register separately).
