Learn Qigong movements designed to enhance memory/cognition, decrease pain and inflammation in the body, improve physical stability, and improve mood and mental wellbeing.

A sound bath features a variety of relaxing sounds designed to reduce stress while enhancing wellbeing and a sense of calm. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga/exercise mat and a water bottle, if possible.
