0-2 with a caregiver

Toddler Tales is an interactive program between parents/caregivers and their children ages 18 months to 3.5 years.  Enjoy 30 minutes of stories, songs, signs and rhymes with your little ones. 

No registration required.

The Westland Public Library offers a delivery service for Westland residents who are confined to their homes.

Preschoolers ages 3.5 - 5 yrs. old, who are not yet in Kindergarten, can attend an independent storytime designed especially for them.

Grades 7-12. 

Kids and teens can make their own flowerpot out of repurposed plastic containers and plant flowers to give to mom or another special lady! Registration Required. 

Grades 7-12. Join us to learn how to crochet and make a variety of projects! No previous crochet experience is needed, all supplies will be provided. Registration required.

Come practice speaking English! Each week tutors from the Plymouth-Canton Literacy Council will lead the group in informal conversations designed to practice your knowledge of English. 

Join us for Homeschool Explorers! This month we will meet an author and try our hand at MUSIC!  

Come to the library to see live farm animals and take a pony ride!  This is an event for the whole family!  Bring your cameras and smiles!

Bring your own book (or magazine, or newspaper, etc.)! This book club has no assigned book, reading deadlines, or traditional discussion. Bring your own reading material and enjoy the company of fellow readers.

Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this gentle yoga class with instructor Amy Louise. Amy has been teaching yoga for 5 years and is experienced in accessible yoga for all abilities.

What happens when a UFO sighting becomes a lot more interactive? William Konkolesky, state director of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), will be returning to the library to examine human interactions with extraterrestrial visitors!
