Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this gentle yoga class with instructor Amy Poupard. Amy has been teaching yoga for 5 years and is experienced in accessible yoga for all ages and abilities. Using a combination of seated and standing poses, you'll learn to focus your breathing, alignment, and balance while learning the foundations of basic yoga.
Patrons are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, a towel or blanket, and a water bottle. Please wear comfortable clothing. You will be encouraged to remove your shoes and socks.
