This program is designed to provide skills and tools to help people with hypertension learn to live a healthier life. Learn basics about hypertension, healthy eating, physical activity, and how to improve your overall health. Controlling your blood pressure can help prevent heart disease, stroke, kidney damage, vision loss and more.

This is an eight-week class. Registrants are expected to attend each weekly session.
