Come practice speaking English at the Westland Public Library. Each week tutors from the Plymouth-Canton Literacy Council will lead the group in informal conversations designed to practice your knowledge of English. 

Learn how to make fun designs with Perler iron melt beads. 

This program contains small pieces, so please be sure to stay with your children at all times.

Have you ever watched a movie, realized it was a book, went back and read the book and thought it was much better? Maybe you enjoyed the movie more than the book. Well if you've ever done this, then this is the book club for you!

Ages 5 & Up, with an Adult: Meet at the library to get a list of items to find around the city of Westland.  You will need a car, a cell phone, and your family!

Grab a blanket (or chair) and join us for Family STEM in the Garden! We'll be doing a hands-on activity involving Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.  Program will be held indoors in the event of inclement weather.
