Come practice speaking English at the Westland Public Library. Each week tutors from the Plymouth-Canton Literacy Council will lead the group in informal conversations designed to practice your knowledge of English. 

Try out new projects and make something great at the library. Drop in for one craft or stay the whole time. Projects geared towards kids in Kindergarten and up, but siblings are welcome.

Steep into the world of iced tea! Tea enthusiast Bradley Coates will introduce participants to the different types of iced tea, the tools used to brew them, and how to brew a refreshing glass at home.

Children will engage in “hands-on” group experiences that provide a love of gardening, develop an appreciation for the environment, and cultivate the mind.  There will be both a classroom and gardening component to the classes.
