March Speaker and Topic: Erin Hamilton, Mushroom Growing

Join Erin Hamilton for a deep dive into all things mushroom growing - we'll talk about how mushrooms are grown, which ones are easiest to start with and some of the amazing flavors that you can bring to your seasonal harvests by integrating mushrooms into your garden. We'll also talk a little bit about mycelium (the underground network that mushrooms grow from) and how to integrate it into your soil and compost.
